Ingredients
– 2 CUPS of milk (in step 1 I show you how to make instant oat milk to use in this recipe)
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup flour (any #glutenfree I like Brown Rice flour)
– pinch of salt
To make the milk:
– 1 CUPS oats
– 2 CUPS water
– Pinch of salt
Directions
1. Blend 23 seconds & strain with a cheesecloth DONE
2. Transfer the strained milk to your blender, add 3 eggs and 1 cup of brown rice flour. Blend, DONE
3. Heat your pan on medium/low heat but wait til it’s hot, brush a bit of oil and pour the mix
4. flip & cook the other side, and DONE!! 🙂
