Ingredients
Savory Whole Cauliflower With Lemony Tahini Sauce
SPICE RUB
– 1/4 tsp turmeric
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp sweet paprika
– 1 tsp sumac (or 1/2 tsp lemon peel)
– 1 tsp cumin
– 3 TBSP avocado oil
LEMONY TAHINI SAUCE
– 2 TBSP tahini
– 2 TBSP lemon juice
– 1/4 tsp salt
– Ice water, add by the TBSP til it’s runny
Directions
1. Boil cauliflower 5-10 min in salted water
2. Remove and let it drain the water well
3. Prep your spices
4. Add the oil
5. Brush your cauliflower (if you have a larger one you may need to repeat or double the spice rub recipe)
6. Bake at 400 F for 25-30 min
7. Whip the lemony tahini sauce to serve on top et voila
