I think our pantry holds the opportunity to contribute to our and our family’s health without doing a big effort.
Every time we go to the supermarket, we see variety of the same items, and more often than not, the quality of what we chose has the potential to impact our health – for better or for worse.
From learning to read labels, to know the source of what we are buying and consuming, I can help you organize your pantry, see what you have, talk about ways to use it, and teach you a couple tricks.

This coaching is IDEAL to get you started with just simple “product swaps” that will benefit you big time but won’t require a lot of effort.

How it works
First and foremost, this is about YOU and YOUR family, so beforehand I’m going to ask you to tell me a bit of what YOU are interested in and why.
When we meet, you are going to take me on a tour inside your pantry, we will see what you have. You’re going to tell me why you like them and how you use them OR why you have them all the way in the back and never get around – we all have that intimidating product we heard it’s great but he haven’t really gotten to try =)
Our meeting will be 1 hour long.
After our meeting, I’m going to send you an email with a list of everything we talked about and my suggestions.
I’m not a nutritionist, my suggestions are based in the latest research and my knowledge from the complimentary Mind Body Green
